We are keen supporters of the Australian Youth Orchestra (AYO). The AYO is the leading training ground for classical musicians in Australia, producing many of the country's orchestral musicians, and tours internationally every three years. The young musicians come from regional areas across Australia as well as the major cities and win their places through a rigorous annual audition process.

Andromeda Partners Principal Roslyn Wells has been a member of the AYO's International Tour Fund committee since March 2005, involved in fundraising and attracting individual and corporate philanthropy.

In July 2007 the AYO toured Europe to great acclaim, and in 2010 will undertake its first tour of China, as well as returning to Europe. http://www.ayo.com.au
